I bought about six grand worth of products from you. The bottom line is that they do not do what they are supposed to. You did not advise me that they wouldnt fit and if I wanted to get a set of pipes that I'd have to get spacers made for in the first place, I'd have gotten them custom made instead of spending $750 +P+P with you guys.

You said that everything went smooth and I was happy. Wrong - you posted the products to the wrong address, sent me wrong belts, wrong pods etc etc. I plced the order back in Jan I think and I only got the last part last week. I'm practically six months behind now thanks to Robert and his wonderful service.

It took days and weeks for Robert to reply to my urgent queries. He often didnt answer my specific questions so I had to use bullet points in some cases so he'd answer the questions. If I got a reply, it was because I'd send 3- emails just to try to get a response.

Many of my contacts have had similar problems with Z1. I should have gone elsewhere in the first place.

I sent him the pics, I didnt take them and they were sufficient to show that the pipes were in contact with about 1.5 feet of underbody and restricted movement as well as raised other serious concerns. He agreed that they were not right and I told him that I would allow him to cover the costs of getting the pipes out and back to him. I'd already paid massive labor and postage costs to get the faulty pipes in the first place. I did not hold him ransom for $1000 and in fact never mentioned a cost. He is twisting the story to suit himself now that I've made this issue public.

He agreed that the products were defective and agreed to give me $400 credit. This still doesnt cover the $750 I spent on the products, labour, frusteration and he's also suggested that there was something sinister going on on my part.

I dont care how many claimed 'good international transactions' youve had. Mine was terrible and now I'm left high and dry, out of posket and seriously frusterated.

While you may not have to pull the engine, unless you are used to working on these cars everyday, it may be the easiest (and therefore cheaper) option. There are very few of these cars in Ireland and I am not a mechanic or able to do the work myself.

Ive told Robert again and again why I will not cover the cost of removing and returning the defective pipes - here it is again. I've spent a fortune already getting dodgy merchandise sent to me and I'm sure as hell not going to pay for your mistakes. :
